Aging & Disability Resources

Aging & Disability Resources

We are here to help answer your questions and find solutions to aging and disability concerns. Programs served by Aging & Disability Resource Counselors (ADRC) have different eligibility criteria. Our counselors are well versed at identifying which program a person may apply to, based on a variety of demographic information identified during the intake process.

ADRC services are particularly designed for individuals age 60 and over (some are applicable starting at age 55 and over) and/or disabled adults, with particular emphasis on those with greatest economic and social need. Our staff is dedicated to helping find the solution that best fits your individual needs. Check out areas in which we can help, below!
