Spectrum Generations’ dedicated volunteers and staff supply Meals on Wheels to communities throughout Kennebec, Knox, Lincoln, Sagadahoc, Somerset, Waldo Counties, Harpswell and Brunswick in Cumberland County. If you, or someone you love, is interested in applying for or learning more about Meals on Wheels, contact the Nutrition Coordinator in your area.

Meals on Wheels
Every meal for Meals on Wheels is prepared with as many Maine made and grown products as possible through our We Sustain Maine initiative. We strive to be a leader in the state of Maine and nationwide, raising the bar for quality and nutritive content of every meal we serve.
Donations for meals are suggested, and help us provide more meals to others who will benefit from the program. We also accept Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).
