To promote and advance the well-being and independence of older and disabled adults, with the support of their care partners, to live in their community of choice.

Our core values guide us in all that we do: how we treat others, how we conduct ourselves, and how we work together with each other, our community partners, our supporters, and our clients.

Our vision is to be an important and influential community partner, serving older and disabled adults and their care partners, by providing full access to information and a network of services and supports that addresses social needs, facilitates informed decision making, and enables their most meaningful participation in all aspects of life.

To stay on top of the changing aging landscape in Maine we have created our own area plan to show our strategic direction for the next four years. Here is our 2020-24 Area Plan and Direct Service Waivers.

We are a non-profit that applies both entrepreneurial and proven business strategies to positively impact the social well-being of older and disabled adults while maintaining fiscal longevity and supporting the needs of our employees.

To this end, we shall endeavor to be:
