Volunteer Orientation

Our volunteer orientation consists of two parts:

 

  • A volunteer welcome packet

  • Our volunteer orientation


Volunteer Welcome Packet


You will receive your Volunteer Welcome Packet in the mail or in person after you have:

 

  • Completed a volunteer application form

  • Interviewed with Spectrum Generations’ Volunteer Coordinator

  • Provided references

  • Passed a criminal background check

Southern Kennebec
Cohen Community Center

Fourth Monday of the Month
10 – 11 a.m.


Northern Kennebec
Muskie Community Center

38 Gold Street, Waterville
Fourth Friday of the Month
9 – 10 a.m.


During these regularly scheduled opportunities, our Volunteer Coordinator will cover everything you need to know to become active volunteers. Current volunteers are also welcome to attend the orientation sessions to learn more and receive the most up-to-date information. A schedule of upcoming orientation opportunities is available through our Volunteer Coordinator.
